Kim is an expert in Advanced Semi-Permanent Makeup procedures. Through years of training and practicing to perfect her craft, she is taking on the pleasure to share her skills with the world. With a plethora of knowledge, her main expertise focuses on Eyebrows microblading and semi-permanent makeup eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips techniques. Having no knowledge of PMU before her first course and to get to where she is today, she can relate to students who may feel overwhelmed because that once was her. She cares for every single student the same and her success is only measured through the success of her students.

It is a cosmetic tattooing technique that permanently adds pigments to the skin. It is typically done to parts of the face to enhance the colors of eyebrows, lips and eyes. When done properly, it creates a very natural look and reduces the need for makeup.
It is a form of semi-permanent makeup done to the eyebrows, also known as 3D brows. Using a manual blade made up of 14 to 18 micro needles, pigments are etched into the top layer of the skin. Pigments are available in different shades to match each client.
Anyone over the age of 18 who wants to enhance the shape of their eyebrows. Those who have over tweezed or thinning brows and need the added confidence that comes with fuller natural looking brows are perfect candidates. Also those who have lost their brows due to alopecia, cancer or any other reason can consider microblading.
Unfortunately pigments fade as microblading only etches the top layer of the skin. With proper care and a touch-up session 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure, it can last anywhere between 1-3 years. This depends on how oily each individual client’s skin is, health and maintenance. Touch up sessions every 12-18 months are suggested to keep the eyebrows constantly looking full.

There may be mild discomfort depending on the sensitivity of each client. Topical numbing cream is applied to the area to minimize any pain.
It takes up to 3 hours. This includes the consultation, discussion of pertinent medical history, applying of the numbing cream and the microblading procedure itself.
